What was the highlight of Nishitetsu Inn Shinjuku
Excellent location in the modern skyscraper district. Compact but comfortable room.
Excellent location near many transport options. Nishi (= west) Shinjuku is an architecturally interesting area with iconic modern skyscrapers. (Contrasting with the more chaotic and sleazier eastern district.) Surrounded by plentiful and varied good value eateries in the adjacent streets and basement food courts. (Just follow the office workers for the best lunch options!)
Room is compact with limited space (as is typical with Japanese hotels) but had a useful desk plus window view.

What was the highlight of Nishitetsu Inn Shinjuku
Perfect hotel to stay for solo travelers like me!
It’s location is very close to the subway Nishi-Shinjuku station and is one stop away from Shinjuku station (one of the major train stops). Very accessible when you need to go around Tokyo. It’s also close to 711, Family Mart if you need to go for a quick food or drink grabs but there are also lots of local resto nearby. McDonald’s is just across the street if you’re craving for fast food and there’s St Marc Cafe at Level 1. The room size is enough for a solo traveler like me but perhaps too small for my luggage - not that it is an issue. People are polite. Hotel provides daily change of towels so it’s a total plus for me. Bed is comfy and water pressure is OK too. Everything is perfect!

Great location and amenities
Convenient location, 10 min from Shinjuku Station, 2 min if you take Marunouchi Line. Clean and nice. Breakfast buffet is pretty fabulous. Ice and microwave available for use.
Rooms are tiny but it's Tokyo so what do you expect. I wouldn't try to fit more than 2 people.
